So breakfast here in the Christensen household is a crazy fast paced assembly line. If you didn’t know I have three kids under 6 years old. Oh boy some of them can eat their weight in pancakes. I absolutely hate making mini pancakes. I burn the first three! Then everyone wants more blueberries or chocolates. And after I am done making 15 mini pancakes I have batter left over and it dries to my countertops. Let just say after 6 years and hating to waste foods I finally found amazing life hack!
So a quick life hack to save you time and money in the kitchen on breakfast. I make gigantic pancakes! Huge! Bigger than my face!
Then I use a pizza cutter and slice the pancake like a pizza and then I give each kid two slices and I just cut the slices up with the pizza cutter. Boom mind blown right! I make about 6 gigantic pancakes and the left over ones I freeze in gallon size freezer bags for up to 3 months. I pull them out on weekdays and toss them in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Till thawed and warmed and poof easy breakfast on the go with no waste!
Just try this! Test it out and see if it makes your breakfast routine faster and easier! Your welcome!
